Lhasa– The city Lhasa is the highest altitudinal city in the world. Lhasa has the pride of highest peaked city in the world with the altitude of 3650meters. Potala Palace, built in 1645 AD having 1000 rooms, 10000 shrines and 100000 statues, is magnificent to look. The Jhokhanng Temple in the city built in 17th century is the Budhhist shrine brought to Tibet from Nepal. This shrine has various attractive arts and crafts, which impress the tourists.
Norbulinkha is "Jeweled Garden" in local language has 160000 sq. meters of wooded greenery and three beautiful palaces. About 10 kilometers far from city, there is the largest monastery called Drepung Monastery, which was built in 1416. Another popular monastery is Sera Monastery with nine-meter figure of Maitraya, which was erected in 1419. It is 9 km north of Lhasa.
Other major cities of ibet are Shigatse, Gyantse,and Tsetang which offer very pleasant sights and early history.

Day 01. Pick up from the Hotel and transfer to Lhasa (3650m.)
Day 02-03. Two full days sightseeing tour to Lhasa including Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Bazaar, Potala Palace, Drepung, Sera Monasteries and Norbulinkha, overnight at hotel
Day 04. Lhasa-Gyantse (3950m)
Full day picturesque drive crossing over Karo La (5010m), Kamba la (4794m), colorful Yamdrok Lake and Tibetan lifeline river Brahma Putra (Yarlung Tsangpo), overnight at hotel
Day 05. Gyantse- Xigatse (3900m)
Morning sightseeing to the Panchen Lama`s Tashilhumpu Monastery and Market in Xigatse. While you are driving from Gyantse to Xigatse you will visit to the Kumbum Stupa and Phalkor Monastery. Overnight at hotel
Day 06. Xigatse - Lhatse /Tingri (4350m)
Continue scenic drive crossing over Gyatchu la (5220m) the highest pass en route to Lhasa via Lhatse from where a road to MT. Kailash bifurcates to the west and overnight at hotel.
Day 07. Lhatsee - Tingri /Nyalam- Zhangmu (4300m)
Day drive to up and down hill to highest plateau of the world with the typical view of Tibetan landscape offering sheer feeling of standing on the roof of the world crossing over Nyalamu pass (3800m) and Lalung la (5050m) weather permitting breathing panorama of the beautiful Himalayan ranges including Mt. Everest (8848m) but dwarfed by the vastness of the Tibetan plateau. Overnight at Hotel
Day 08. Zhangmu (2500)-Kathmandu (1300m)-
